When you download a free version of our games, we will collect the name of your school, if you supply that information. If you make a purchase from us, we record your name, e-mail, address, phone number, and order number so that we can verify purchases. Again, we will also record the name of your school if you supply this information.   We do not record any credit card information.

If you create an account on our forum, we will naturally record the information that you register with. In our forum we record the IP address of all posts to help us enforce the forum rules. If you register for the forum, any information that you record will be stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, Big Brainz cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
Our forum system uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies do not contain any of the information you enter when registering; they serve only to improve your viewing pleasure. The e-mail address that you register with is used only for confirming your registration details and password (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one).

We may also use your e-mail to send you information regarding Big Brainz and our products from time to time, but you will always have the option of removing yourself from such an e-mail lists.

Although this is a site for children’s software, COPPA regulations make it too burdensome for us to allow minors to have an account on our forum.
