Collection and Use of your Personal Information
We may collect your name, email, and title for our mailing list so that we can send you occasional updates about Timez Attack. If giving us such information, you are agreeing that you are over the age of 13. If you make a purchase from us, we record your name, e-mail, address, phone number, and order number so that we can verify and track purchases. We will also record the name of your school if you supply this information.   We do not record any credit card information. We will occassionaly use this information to notify you of updates or special information. You may opt out of receiving generic emails at any time.

 

Children Under 13 and COPPA
COPPA regulations require parental permission for collecting any information about children under 13. To comply with these requirements we only allow parents and educators to submit an email to sign up for our free version. Regarding data collected when making a purchase, we assume that everyone purchasing the game must be over the age of 13 in order to access a payment account. It is conceivable that some educators may elect to use a child's name as the name of their game. This is the only possible incorporation of a child's data that we can forsee. In consideration of this possibility, the ability to give completely custon names to games will be disabled until a teacher has password-protected their data. We rely on Amazon's servers for data security. We have determined that these measures bring us into compliance with the letter and the spirit of COPPA.
